About the trek

Laila Peak Basecamp Trek 2026

Laila Peak Basecamp Trek follows the Hushe Valley approach through Saicho toward the Gondogoro Glacier and the base of Laila Peak. The mountain’s elegant spear-shaped northwest face makes this one of the most photogenic short base-camp treks in Pakistan.

The trek combines Balti village life, riverside camps, glacier scenery and close views of the surrounding Karakoram walls. It is a trekking journey only and does not include a technical ascent of Laila Peak.
